Eastpak & Ied /// Bag In Town /// Venice Workshop


Bag in Town is arriving to the hottest moment!

As communication tutor of the project, for the second creative factory we're invited in a special location: the IED academy of Venice.


Eastpak & IED launched a design competition that aims to encourage young creative minds to design the ideal Bag for 24 hours.

Over 400 projects have been submitted, The 6 projects selected became 6 prototypes and the 19th November they will be submitted to the vote of the on-line community.

We were asked to support the 6 young designers to build their communication strategy. During these days we had the pleasure to work in strict contact with: Chiara Castellana (Italy), Iane de Souza Machado (Brazil), Ana Margarita Jiménez (Philippines), Federica Ghinoi (Italy), Elisabeth Hernández Medina (México), Fernando Ocampo (Chile).

This pleasant mission was also the chance for collaborating with the other tutors Gonzalo Fonseca (owner and founder of the brand Steve Mono) and Toon Kympers(Global VP Product and Merchandising for Eastpak)

We want to thank once more all the people involved in the project for the amazing experience! In particular, who worked behind the scenes to make it possible: Armando Guastella (Marketing Manager Eastpak Italia), Maiko Arrieta Aoki and Paula Ampuero (IED Madrid Project Coordinators) and Elisa Bonfiglio (IED Venice Director).
